Sunny family home - heart of Totnes

Sunny family house on quiet cul-de-sac with parking and garden and kids stuff galore; plenty of beds with room for flexibility. Easy walking distance to vibrant Totnes centre and beautiful walks along River Dart & Dartington Estate. The space Our family is happy to offer our home in Totnes, Devon while we are on holiday, with 3 large double rooms (one with stacker beds) and one single room. Outside in the child-friendly garden there is space to muck and use the hammock and giant Springfree trampoline. Lots of children play on the street - it's a friendly neighbourhood with room off-street for one vehicle to park. Guest access We have one bathroom (bath, shower, loo) and a downstairs toilet. Other things to note We have a cat so if you or anyone in your family are allergic to cat hair or not keen on felines, then this isn't the place for you. You would need to feed her (twice daily) during your stay - she's easy going and comes and goes as she pleases. The attic room has sloping eaves on both sides which a tall person might find irksome for a long stay. The street is a permit area so any extra cars may incur additional cost.
