While the house was remodeled in 2022 and is centrally situated, the neighborhood is more established, with most of the surrounding residential homes dating back to the late 1970s. To the left, we have a large family with children. To the right, the house was once owned by an elderly woman who lived there for over 30 years. She recently decided to downsize, remodeled the home, and sold it to a younger family in 2024. If you're looking for a convenient, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood, this is the perfect fit. However, if you're seeking a luxury, newly-built community, this might not meet your expectations. Others details to note: -This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Parties, events, or large unfurls gatherings are highly restricted by the HOA - There is an interactive doorbell with camera, a security camera facing the driveway, and a security camera facing to the backyard for security purpose only. - Smoking inside is not allowed; guests can smoke in the the backyard -House can comfortably host up to 8 guests.
