BI-WEEKLY CLEANING: Every two weeks, enjoy complimentary cleaning services. KITCHEN: Savor making delicious meals in the well-appointed, gourmet kitchen. High-quality appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, vintage oven, and gas stove. Equipped with Kitchenaid mixer, premium Chef's knives, Caraway pots, pour-over Chemex coffee maker, and drip coffee maker. There are enough plates, silverware, and wine glasses for a small dinner gathering with friends. Complimentary coffee station with free organic coffee beans and tea. Stocked with complimentary staples like chef spices, flour, rice, sugar, salt, sugar, pepper, olive oil, and canola oil. TWO BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms can comfortably sleep two parties of two. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a full-sized bed. Comfortable mattresses and a generous number of pillows and layers of blankets. Optional fold-out cot if you need bedding for a third person. LAPTOP READY WORKSPACE: Two laptop-ready desks and enclosed workspaces. Downtown Berkeley Bart is an 11-minute walk away (0.7 miles) and a bus stop for cross-town buses 12 and 79 is one block away on Martin Luther King Jr. Way. BIKES: The Milvia Bikeway is a gentle and safe protected north-south bike lane for bike lovers. Bike rentals are available through the Lyft App Bay Wheels program. You can pick up the bikes at Trader Joe's and unlock them through the app. PARKING: FREE PARKING provided by the host. Parking is off premises -- at Center St. Garage., a covered garage that's a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) from home. STREET PARKING has 2-hour limits on weekdays (from 8am-7pm). Overnight parking has no limits. Weekends, Holidays do not have parking restrictions. There is no garage or driveway in the home, and street parking options have the time restrictions noted above. Due to the home's close proximity to the UC Berkeley campus, street parking permits are only given to residents. Other things to note OUTDOOR CAMERA: In an effort to maintain secure premises, this house is equipped with one outward-facing exterior camera. CLEANING AND YARD WORK: House cleaning occur once every two weeks. Yard work occur once every month. This means that workers will occasionally enter the home and yard to keep your spaces clean and tidy. Advance notice will be given or guests may decline home cleaning. These services are complimentary. EXTENDED STAYS: We welcome extended stays. This home has a 15-day minimum requirement.
