Walking distance to Haywood Rd (1 mile) to enjoy breweries, restaurants, and shops. Note, we have two mostly outdoor cats that may come in and out during your stay. The space Enjoy over 1500 sq/ft, 9ft ceilings throughout and a vaulted ceiling in the main living room and kitchen. Our home is beautifully designed, modern, and very spacious. Our walls are covered with artwork from local artists and other Asheville talent! Upstairs you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and bathroom, as well as an additional half bath and the laundry room. There is also a large deck off of the living room with outdoor seating, a dining area, and a grill. Downstairs is closed off with a locked sliding door as this is where the property owners keep their personal belongings. Guest access Our driveway can hold two vehicles. Across the street is a public park with playground, gathering space, baseball diamond, and creek. Other things to note We have two mostly outdoor cats, Chance and Charlie, that will be coming in and out during your stay. They do not use a litter box but they do come inside for food and water. Previous guests love our cats and have considered them a fixture of our rental.
