All outdoor spaces, including three individual sitting spaces, are available to everyone! PARKING: One reserved and covered parking space is available for your use behind a private, gated fence with remote access! Also, street parking is safe and available at no cost. Guest access Guests are welcome to use anything outside or inside. In our world, we believe in Southern hospitality where we like for everyone to feel welcome, plus we like to share! Other things to note No smoking inside - smoking allowed outside only as long as doors and windows to home are closed while smoking. No parties allowed. Parking is behind a private, gated fence accessed with a remote control. There is one covered, reserved parking place. Additionally, street parking is available and complimentary. We are very pet friendly with a fenced yard designed with your pet in mind! The unit is not shared with anyone else, plus it comes with washer and dryer. Walk to CVS and 24 hour 7-11 only one block away for after hour purchases. Trash bins: There are two gray trash bins on side of house for regular trash. And there are two blue recycle bins also on side of house.
