Located on Main Street of Lyons you will be able to walk to restaurants, breweries, parks, and shopping straight from your front door. Within walking distance to Planet Bluegrass and wedding venues. Estes Park is only 21 miles away, home of Rocky Mountain Nation Park. The space We have recently fully furnished your unit to make it your home away from home. There are 3 units to this home. You unit offers 900 spacious sq ft with your own access, on site parking, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, full size washer and dryer, and room darkening shade. In the Living room we have added a queen sofa sleeper couch which will accommodate additional adults or children. There is a window unit ac if needed, 2 ceiling fans, central heating, plenty of closet space, and a 55" tv. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, ceiling fan, and, all that you need to prepare meals indoor or outdoor. We have also added your own propane grill and patio set on the spacious 10x6 ft. deck located off your kitchen facing Main Street where outdoor dining and seating is available. The bathroom has ceramic tile shower with a bathtub and vanity. Fresh clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. We are avid cleaners making sure your place is squeaky clean before entering. There is also access to your own 25x8 ft. shed that will accommodate bikes, and or camping and hunting gear or anything else you may want to store during your stay. Guest access The private entrance is on the side of your home with a keyless remote entry. You will be given the code for your stay prior to your arrival. Other things to note There have been times when bears, mountain lions, deer, and fox roam through the town of Lyons, as seen in our photo with mama bear and baby in the tree outside your unit. With that being said, please keep your distance, these are wild animals and we live in their space. Please keep car doors locked and make sure there is no food left in vehicles or on the deck at all times. Have a four legged fur family member? We do allow up to 2 dogs to travel with you. While walking your pets please keep them on leashes at all times and clean up after them. Keep our little town clean. You will notice we are a fur baby friendly town and state. Our parking area is large enough for vehicles and a camper if needed. The space can accommodate up to a 30 ft trailer with electrical hookup for an additional cost.
