Other things to note ℹ️ Please note that pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of 30 USD (approximately 1400 EGP) per day. . ▶ To have the pool warm, please inform us at least 2 days before your arrival as it takes 2 days to heat. The pool temperature is maintained between 26-28°C per international standards. On windy or cooler days, the water may feel colder. IMPORTANT NOTICE (please read this before booking): As per El Gouna town regulations, Egyptian nationals staying together in the same unit must provide a valid marriage certificate. To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request the following upon booking: 1. Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports 2. A copy of the marriage certificate (for Egyptian couples) Please note: Entry is subject to approval by El Gouna town.
