Stay cozy and enjoy our modern private space here in Marysville, Loma Rica to unwind and relax away from the city! Your home away from home. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape w/ our alpacas, goats, chickens, and furbabies. Farm experience like no other! The space The Loft is an attic built-in room from the main house. This modern sun-drenched room gives the rural ranch-stay life. Admire the crisp open-living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the balcony overviewing our pond, the whole property, and breathtaking scenic views of the vast farmlands/mountainous areas. It is very quiet and peaceful. People love to have a road trip get away around the rural areas. Sightseeing, change of scenery from time to time, retirement, and stop over. Some come for a nice quiet place to just get away. Guest access You can access this unit with the smart code lock and keypad. We will provide the last 4 digits of your phone number as the code to get in the unit once you arrive for check-in and will expire prior to checking out. Let us know beforehand if you would like to extend, that way we could make arrangements and I could extend the pass code. -There is a limit of 3 cars allowed to park only on the driveway of our property for free. ACCESS TO: -Netflix, Disney+ & HULU -Kitchen in the unit is stocked, living room, bedroom w/ tempurpedic bed to chill out - -The pond/other side of the property. Just make sure to follow the signs placed on the gates to the pond & goats area when going in and out. Other things to note IMPORTANT for use of other Amenities: ***If you want to go fishing, feed the alpacas, goats, chickens, please let us know prior to your arrival for us to prepare the necessities needed only for the days you choose to do these things :) *** Walking on a nice day around the property is also ideal. Say hello to our 3 lovely Alpacas, Chickens, Goats and 2 Cats they are all very friendly. Just Do NOT touch the alpacas because sometimes they get defensive, so be careful when going near them. They have a tendency of spitting on you IF they feel threatened. As much as possible, safety is #1! We have 3 fur babies so you might be seeing them around the property running around. They do tend to be noisy from time to time. They are very adorable, super loving, will sometimes act shy and confused to new people around our property. Say Hi! If ever they welcome you with a bark, don’t be afraid, it’s their way of greeting you ;) -Staircase (or 15 steps) involved to get to the loft/living space. -Loft is sanitized and fully equipped with Covid-19 essentials committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning. - You’re staying in a countryside area so everything is a car ride away from places to places. Awesome mouth watering food. A special go-to for occasions. 15min drive *Clover Cafe - Another of my family’s go-to brunch spot!! Super savory good breakfast, brunch meals, amazing coffee, pastries, wine and more. We recommend getting their latte’s and avocado toast. 8min drive * Bangoor Bake Shoppe 5min drive * Gold Eagle market - For all grocery necessities. 5min drive * CN Farm Fresh Fruits and Vegetables - Highly recommend for ORGANIC FARM FRESH FRUITS! Picked fresh & daily. They have a variety of strawberries, blackberries, raspberry’s, figs, and more fruits. People from the Bay drive up just to grab some. Super mouth watering, sweet and healthier too than the ones in store. My personal favorite are the blackberries. I order a whole everyday for my shakes and just to snack on. I devour them in less than minutes. Haha!
