Villa Ruby - 3 Bedroom private Villa with a pool

Our stylish, newly built and equipped Villa sits in a very nice and calm street. The lush tropical garden together with the swimming pool will bring you close to the nature while the Villa itself offers all of the modern commodities. Chill at the swimming pool, at the sofa, at the bar or watch the sunset from the terrace on the second floor. You will also enjoy the privacy of the outdoor area, because there are no high buildings around. Located 5 min drive from the famous Berawa-Canggu shortcut. The space The place consists of the main building and a guesthouse both facing a swimming pool. The swimming pool has a shallow end (20 cm) that is perfect for children and a deep end (150cm - 200cm) for swimmers/adults. The house consists of: A big open living area (100m2) - Kitchen with modern equipment - suitable for serious cooking. Fridge, dishwasher, water dispenser, oven, microwave... - Dining table that fits up to 8 people - Living room with a huge sofa and ceiling fans - Chilling area - Bar that connects the kitchen to the chill area - 7 bar chairs - Toilet room with a small sink, toilet and a urinal The place has 3 bedrooms - two in the main house and one in the guesthouse. All bedrooms of course have aircon. Bedroom 1 - a big bedroom with a kingsized bed with an exit to the garden/pool. This room has a TV and is connected to a big bathroom that has a shower, bathtub, a bidet and a double sink. Bedroom 2 - a big bedroom with a kingsized bad, a chilling chair and a worktable. It has an exit to an outdoor bathroom or a big terrace from where you can watch the sunset. Bedroom 3 - a smaller bedroom and a bathroom in the guesthouse that has a stunning view of the garden and a pool side exit. In the garden we have 7 different species of palm trees growing, including other trees and plants. Together with the swimming pool the garden is lush and the whole place feels alive and has great energy. For people traveling to Bali for the first time please note that for the Balinese people it is customary to own chicken, dogs and cats and therefor hearing their sounds is normal. Guest access You'll have access to: - The place is 100% PRIVATE (no shared areas) - Shallow and deep end swimming pool - 3 private rooms with ensuite bathroom (sleeps up to 9 people) - 1 bassinet for infants - Unlimited Wifi; 50-75MB/sec - AC in all rooms - Fans at the chill-out areas - Smart TV with airdrop - 3 safety boxes/one per each room - Big kitchen space with stove, toaster, microwave, oven, water dispenser, rice cooker, fridge, cutlery, pots, plates, glasses, cups....) - Iron with iron-table - Hair dryer - Soap (hand and body soap in a stone containers) - Dinning table for up to 8 people - Drinking water (cold, normal and hot) - Bali coffee and tea - Sugar and salt and other essential ingredients you might need if you want to cook - Sofas, 4 long-chairs, bar - Chill-out areas (open concept) - Upstair terrace equiped with chilling chairs and a table - We will provide fresh sheets, blanket covers, pillow covers and towels on your arrival (a set of hand towels, face towels and bath towels) - We will change the mentioned above every 5 days. If you wish to change more frequently - extra costs apply (see bellow) - cleaning minimum 3x times a week (no cleaning on Sunday and holiday’s unless it is check-in day). The usual cleaning schedule is on Monday, Wednesday and on Friday, but can be changed due to the check in check out times. A member of our staff will come to the villa - vacuum and sweep the floors, clean the bathrooms/kitchen and make your beds. Note: please do not make any arrangements regarding cleaning with our staff before consulting with us - extra cleaning charges apply - Pool treatment (a pool guy will come to the villa to treat and clean the pool on tuesdays and on fridays, at around 11am) - Big private parking area (easily fits 2 cars and motorbikes) Other things to note - Check in: 4pm-2am the next day. - Early check- in: Depends on availability - on request. - Late check-in: Possible on request. - Check-out: 11am on your departure date. - Late check-out: Depends on availability - on request. A member of our staff will either collect you at the airport or wait for you at the villa at the arranged time. He will then show you and tell you all that you need to know about the place and he will also leave his phone number so you can contact him in case you have any other questions and/or future requests. We would like address guests with kids about the swimming pool safety. It is the guests responsibility to look after their kids and their own safety. We are able to arrange a kids pool fence rental. (if available in the rental shop). The guests will have to pay the cost to the rental company. Guests should request a pool fence immediately after booking the villa. Keep in mind that the pool fence may give a FALSE sense of security. You must KEEP EYES on your children at all times if they are playing around and/or next to the pool. The use of the swimming pool is at your own responsibility. We wish you a pleasant stay!
