Beautiful Pool Home With Rear Conservation Views

Watersong Resort is a 46 acre paradise set in beautiful conservation, close to tourist attractions. This elegantly designed and beautifully decorated 5-bedroom vacation home boasts enough space to accommodate a large family. Furnished for comfort, it offers three separate living spaces and a modern kitchen, which is perfect for cooking up culinary delights. The large pool deck, with dining for 10, overlooks stunning conservation where you can soak up the sun and appreciate the Florida sunsets. The space The open plan ground level living accommodation has two sitting areas and a formal dining area. There is a large flat screen 75 inch TV in the family sitting area. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and further seating area that flows on to the large pool deck. Outside there is a covered Lanai forming a comfortable seating area, a dining area equipped for 10 persons, and a private heated pool and spa. The master suite is downstairs and overlooks the pool and includes a huge walk in closet. A games room with pool, fussball and a table tennis table completes the downstairs accommodation. There is a well-equipped laundry area available for our guests to use. Upstairs there are four further bedrooms, 1 King size, 1 Queen and two twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and their own private bathrooms. A particular feature upstairs is the large living area containing two huge swivel chairs and a sofa with a 50 inch flat screen TV. The property is well served with WiFi and cable TV. The property is air conditioned. Bedding and towels are provided. Baby and toddler equipment is available. Guest access Our guests will have access to the whole property. Watersong is a gated community and we will require names of all guests to register at the security gate about a week before you arrive. There is room for two cars on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. We have excellent local and professional property managers that look after our home for us, and they will be available to help with any queries that our guests may have. Other things to note Pool and spa heating is available for the duration of your stay at an additional cost of$25 per day plus airbnb fees and local taxes. If you decide part way through your stay that you would like to add heating, there is a $30 plus fees and taxes callout charge. A grill can be hired locally for around $95 per week. Our property managers can arrange this if required, just let us know. The property is self catering and emptied from one stay to another. The home is prepared with a toilet roll and small bar of soap in each bathroom, and some dishwasher tablets. Guests then provide their own toiletries, and cleaning products, as they require.
