Enjoy ocean views, beautiful hand painted murals in this vacation paradise home away from home. Magical breezes will amaze you. The gathering area on the balcony has a sofa, lounge chair, dining table and a hammock to die for as well as full laundry. The home is beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. Both bedrooms have brand new window AC's that are incredibly cold. Feel confident with great WiFi, cable and smart TV, an expertly appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. The space The home is decorated in a very Caribbean beachy ocean vibe. You'll feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. There is cable TV, fast WiFi, and even Siri. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen sized bed. There is a sofa and chaise lounge in the living room as well as a sofa and lounge chair outside on the balcony. We have a plethora of towels and beach toys. We run a local charter boat, the Dragon Fruit with Simpatico Charters in Fajardo and can help you booking snorkeling or SCUBA diving or even PADI SCUBA certifications. Guest access You have access to the whole upstairs as well as the backyard. Other things to note We are located 2 minutes to the marina district, 7 minutes to Seven Seas and Las Croabas, 4 minutes to grocery store and there is an amazing Panaderia down the street. We are 45 minutes to the San Juan airport. I have a new double doodle pup named Gilligan on the property. He is a 3 1/2 month old puppy and is very sweet. If you have a fear of dogs or small kids who may be please communicate with me so that I can keep him contained in a safe confined area and where it won’t be an issue. He is very friendly but still in training!
