Although you will wake up to a bird's eye view of mountains and farms, you will be close to four-season adventures: Skiing, Antiquing, Vineyards, History, Gettysburg Military Park, 5-Star Golfing, Performing Arts, and Dining are all minutes away! 4 mi to GBurg Battlefield 2 mi to Liberty Mtn 8 miles to 5+ AT access points Across street to GBurg National Golf Course The space Constructed in 2021! UPPER studio, boutique styling in the country just outside of Gettysburg PA. Great for 2-3 adults or two adults and two small children. There is one queen, one chaise lounge ( comfy for small adults or children), and one roll-in cot. Again, the lounge is comfy enough for only small adults or child. Linens are provided for the extra cot and lounge just note that I don’t make those beds since the lounge is part of daily sitting area and cot can be moved to where you want it. There are 19 indoor stairs up to the LOFT You will live on one acre overlooking a golf course and a farmers field with a red barn, rolling hills/mountains, and a church in the distance. Our private residence is located here, but your entrance is private and your enjoyment of your yard space is as well. The space is cozy, stocked, and has a loft feel to it with bright natural light coming in with blackout option. Temperature controled with splits and a couple fans. Sleeping: QUEEN BED, sleeping 2. Green chaise LOUNGE can serve as another single bed (head is inclined)--for small adult or child. Plus, we have a roll away single COT that fits nicely in the first floor foyer or outside/along kitchen area and easily folds up during your day activity. Workspace: Kitchen counter has bar seating with cushioned swivel stools, power outlets, ample surface space. Alternative is at the small bistro table set or on your lap wherever you may land. Bathroom: Full of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, baby wash, floss, Q-tips, cotton swabs, bandaids and first aid. Bug spray and sunscreen provided. **NOTE: There are hooks to hang your towels on the side of the sink and on the shower tile right outside the shower. Kitchen: Crock Pot, Microwave, and Toaster Oven provide more cooking options than most hotels. Bring your favorite recipes! (Wings, Pizza, Soups, Stews, pancakes, waffles, and more!) There's a mini fridge, seperate mini freezer attached, and coffee pot as well as coffee, tea, sugar, powder creamer. Fully stocked cupboards, cabinets and shelves with your kitchen needs. Children's dishes, cups, utensils are there too. :) 2025 Updates: Patio and shelter are complete!! Enjoy protection from the sun, rain, and snow as you sip your beverage and take in the sunsets and country expanse. You are welcome to use the trampoline. Guest access Entrance is managed by a code. You'll have access to the entire space. Again, there are 19 indoor steps to get up to the main living area after you enter into the foyer. PARKING/APPROACH to Door: We don't have en.ough space to lay a cement or blacktop driveway that takes you all the way to the door, per ordinance. However, if you don't want to or can't drive on the grass due to mud conditions to get to your private entrance, please know we have driveway parking if necessary. If it's soft and muddy, I will send pics in the Airbnb platform directing you to park in the driveway and walk along a paved path. Other things to note Parking has two seasons: Mud and non mud season. Private driveway up and parking is on grass. So, if it’s mud season and soft ground, we provide a resident driveway space with a concrete walkway to the door of the LOFT.
