Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats eight guests and a cozy living room with a 55’’ satellite Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings with loved ones. On this level, there is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a garden view, as well as an additional WC for convenience. The first floor includes three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms open onto balconies with stunning sea and mountain views, creating a serene atmosphere for unwinding. The attic offers a beautifully designed bedroom with earthy tones, a wooden rooftop, and a unique glass wall element that enhances the sense of space and connection to the outdoors.
