Come and explore the Côte d'Émeraude customs officers' path or visit the charming and picturesque Île de Bréhat on the Pink Granite coast The space I offer you a warm and peaceful house on 3 levels with an area of about 120 m2 It consists of a main room, with fitted kitchen and dining area for 6 people. The lounge area features a sofa bed and a TV. On the 1st floor, you will find a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, a small laundry room as well as a bedroom with two small beds. Through this room you will access a master suite with an area of approximately 36 m2 with toilet and separate shower. The accommodation also has two walk-in closets and a space that can accommodate a crib. Finally, to enjoy the Breton sun, a terrace of about 25 m2 with barbecue is at your disposal as well as a courtyard to park your car.
