The space You will find 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200) for two children or two teenagers, with storage in the upstairs bedrooms. Perfect for 6 people. A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee and espresso machine and everything for cooking. There is 1 terrace with an outdoor table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Air conditioning and fiber internet have just been installed. All the furniture is new. You will have a private parking space inside the residence and direct access to the sea, Le Barcarès has 8 km of continuous beach, perfect for enjoying your vacation. There are plenty of markets in the morning and others at night. Sometimes there are concerts or activities or construction in front of the residence on the street or next to the boat Lydia because the Christmas village, the Déferlantes festival or others are there (next to or in front of the residence and the house). If your stay falls during these times, there will be some noise and activities in front depending on the period. Otherwise it's very quiet. The pool is generally open from June 15 to September 15, subject to the decisions of the trustee and the prefecture. Guest access You will have access to both pools in the residence; one for adults and one for children. There is a private parking space in the residence and a petanque court on the edge of the pine forest at the back of the residence. Other things to note We provide mattress covers, pillows, pillow covers, blankets and duvets. Please bring your sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels.
