Our classic cedar, stone, and log constructed property is located only 1 hour away from Calgary and +/-20 minutes from Canada’s treasure, Banff National Park. Building Address: 160 Kananaskis Way, Canmore, AB T1W 3E2 Guest access This unit is locatedon the 2nd floor of a condo building with elevators. The access to the building, parkade and the suite is all controlled by passcodes. The passcodes will be sent to you a day prior to your check-in. The passcode to the suite is valid between 4:00pm of the arrival day and 11:00am of the departure day. Other things to note ❇️In-floor Heating❇️ The in-floor heating system usually takes time to heat up or cool down. If the room temperature is too high in the winter, please open the window to cool down. There are really no other magic tricks. ❇️Laundry❇️ There is no laundry in this unit and there is no towel change service. You may get your laundry done at Sunshine Laundromat in Canmore, which is around 500m away from the property. 🅿️Parking🅿️ The underground parking works with most regular passenger vehicles (incl. large SUVs or pickup trucks) with no rooftop cargo box. We recognize that some guests may find it tight, but there is nothing we can do to widen the stalls. If this is your case, please consider booking other properties or park at the backyard or on the street on a first come, first served basis. 🚭Smoking🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Smoking of Marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping will result in a $500 fine. 🔇Noise🔇 Please strictly observe the quiet hours policy (10pm~7am) and keep your volume to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
