It is only a short walk into Delph village where you will find the Millgate Theatre, the library, many fab eateries, country pubs, quirky shops, the local post office and Co-op. Sony Smart TV, good Wi-Fi Lovely spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed. The second bedroom is a smaller room but has accommodated a double bed. Full sized bath with shower above. At the front we have a patio area with comfy garden furniture to enjoy the views and a private patio to the rear with a dining table and chairs outdoors. Guest access The property is elevated which offers amazing views, but please be aware that there are steps leading to the house. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in. £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them. Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered. No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine. Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item plus shipping costs. I provide a hotel standard of service for this short-let property.
