Country Club, Cozy Home with Community Pool
Description
Welcome to Indian Palms Country Club! The space Plan your next desert getaway at this relaxing home, tucked away inside the gated community of the Indian Palms Country Club! Enjoy the entire house and a private backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The home features a generous hosting space with an open living room and a 65" smart television. The kitchen has an oversized island counter with bar stools and modern lighting fixtures. The den has its own 50" smart television, a sofa bed, and a large couch. Maximum cars allowed for the stay is 4 cars. All cars must be parked in the garage or on the driveway overnight. Street parking is only available between 8am-6pm. Guest access Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Please have all mail and packages delivered to the front door. The main entrance to the community is on Monroe. Most gates use license plate recognition. To use the gate closest to our home, please provide the drivers’ names and license plate numbers before check-in. If you prefer not to share your license plate, you can enter through the manned main gate on Monroe instead. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is a home, not a hotel. We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person (face or pool towels not guaranteed). The outdoor BBQ grill can be used at your leisure. However, please note that guests are responsible for propane gas. The host provides several tanks, but if empty, guests may need to exchange the empty gas for a full gas tank at the Home Depot nearby. Some guests have mentioned that the street noise can be heard from the master bedroom, especially when the street is busy. This may be an issue for guests with more sensitive hearing or sleep. The other bedrooms do not have any issues with noise. Registration details 31030
