This is a brand new house and airbnb has just opened for tourists. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, bright, quiet, each room has a separate and spacious bathroom, the living room has a 65" large-screen ultra-high-definition TV, Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube are booked.This property is located in a premier community. Very close to supermarket and ferry terminal within 10 mins walking distance. 20 mins ferry to Auckland CBD. 30 mins to airport. The space There is a balcony and a living room on the second floor, 2 decks, 1 backyard，1 diningroom and a living room in the fir Bedrooms: queen bed with different matress: firm and soft. All beddings and towels are cotton . Bathroom: spacious, huge shower heads and side jets. The bedroom has 2 queen beds. So the bedroom can sleep for 4 guests. each additional guest would have an extra $30 charge after the 1 guest per night. Guest access There is a side walk along with the creek by the house. The house has a private parking lot in front of the house. There are plenty free parking lot on the street, closed and convenient.
