A large wardrobe with closet, spacious storage, space on all levels. A teleworking desk with work chair, with sea view, can be arranged. We designed this floor to be adaptable to your needs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower AND a bathtub, a double sink cabinet with a large mirror and an extra toilet. The garden is natural, very sunny, LPO refuge (let's preserve the local nature). 3 large pines give a little shade at the bottom of the grounds and a parasol protects the terrace. You might be lucky enough to run into some squirrels early in the morning. Beautiful sea view from the top of the land where you can install a small table or deckchairs. You can easily park up to 3 to 4 cars and several motorcycles in the garden. Part of the garage will be accessible during the year, and left available as needed. We are in a process of conserving nature as much as possible, so we have made choices in this direction for the house as well as for the garden. Please feel free to let us know. Water activities, hiking, amusement park, and the beauties of Provence are also present and easy to access. A mobility lease agreement will be established between the tenant(s) and the owner. A security deposit may be requested for this lease. The water, electricity, internet and other charges subscription package will be calculated before check-in and to be paid separately, to be deducted from the amount announced on the platform.
