Small, artist-inspired unit, walking distance to Capitol Hill's restaurants, taco trucks, bars, coffee shops and Seattle's finest cannabis. Our home, circa 1905, is artfully curated inside and out. The entrance is from the back deck which overlooks the garden. This is a gay owned establishment and we welcome all kinds of people. The space This is a single, intimate room, with a private entrance, 3/4 bath, queen size bed, mini fridge and cool artistic touches. It is not large, but it is charming and comfortable. Entrance is off of a shared 2nd floor deck/back porch. The windows face southeast and have a small territorial view, but mostly of the neighborhood. Guest access The entry door has a four digit combination entry system. The code with be shared after you make your reservation. Coin-op Washer and Dryer located in the basement, accessed from the back yard. The door is kept unlocked. Other things to note This is a small apartment building and all of the other residents are long term tenants. We want you to enjoy our space and we want your visit to impact our tenants as little as possible so please, contact me if you need something, understand that the porches are the other residents extended living space and please be considerate of noise when you are coming and going. This is a comfortable place to stay for your time in Seattle. This is not a great place if you are planning to have a bunch of people over or are planning to have a party on the back porch.
