Villa with heated pool from May 1st.

In the heart of the Costières grape varieties, at the gateway to the Camargue, our villa and its large, unoverlooked garden will be your starting point for discovering our beautiful region. 15 minutes from the walled city of Aigues-Mortes and its Salins, 20 minutes from Nîmes, 30 minutes from Montpellier, the beaches and the Pont du Gard. You can also relax by our heated pool (end of May), walk in our village surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, or have an aperitif around our xxl bar. The space Our villa will welcome you in its magnificent 60 m2 living room, not overlooked. You will find a large bedroom and two smaller ones (one with bunk beds). A 1.95 m TV with Canal+ and Disney+ will be at your disposal. But it is especially outside that you will enjoy spending time. You can choose the large shaded terrace in exotic wood or the bar-grill area to enjoy your grilled meats. A swimming pool, commissioned and heated from May (depending on the weather) (7 m/3 m/1.30 m), with its secure ladder, awaits you in the garden where children are not forgotten with the slide, trampoline, ping pong table. In the evening you will extend this sweetness of life by enjoying a small cocktail in our Mexican lounge. Please note that our villa is on one level but 4 steps lead to the front door and access is therefore not possible for people with limited mobility. A private parking space and many free spaces along the fence. Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal, except one room and the garage.
