Peaceful Oasis at Turtle Lane Cottage

As you step foot into Turtle Lane Cottage, you will never want to leave. Soak up the sun at the quiet peaceful cozy cottage located minutes from downtown Naples. Convenient location to quaint restaurants, shops and activities! Close to Mount Pleasant, state park trails and Seacoast Adventure park for your four season year round fun! Explore all the Lakes Region has to offer from this convenient location. The space Large water frontage located on a quiet canal leading out to Sebago Lake and the infamous sandbar where you can spend all day catching rays in the summer. For all your outdoor adventures, you will love being within walking distance to many of Sebago State Parks beautiful hiking trails. Every season there is something new and special. Be it leaf peeping in the fall, watching the snowflakes fall in the winter or the warmth of the sun in the summer, enjoy all this cottage has to offer! Fire pit situated on the front yard where you can relax while enjoying the boats slowly cruise down the canal. (fire wood not included and please clean the fire pit after use). 2 picnic tables and grill available for your use (propane not included). Laundry facilities with a full size washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Kitchen stocked for your cooking needs with a dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom is a walk in shower (no bath tub). Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Full bed with twin trundle under bed. (linens for the trundle kept in dresser in bedroom). Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Living room: 3 large couches. Toiletries provided: 1 dishwasher pod, 1 unopened roll of toilet paper, 1 unopened roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags (one in the trash can and one left on the kitchen counter), 1 kitchen sponge, 2 dish towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash clothes and 6 bath towels, dish soap under the kitchen sink, one hand soap bottle in the bathroom and one hand soap bottle in the kitchen. Not included: shampoo/conditioner, kitchen condiments or coffee. If you happen to forget anything or need anything additionally, there is a local grocery store and a Walgreen's at the Naples causeway, located five minutes away. Other things to note No pets allowed with out discussing with the owner prior. No eating or drinking (other than water) in the bedrooms. You may be charged if a stain is unable to be removed. No smoking indoors. (any kind of smoking including vapes). Outdoors is permitted but please pick up your trash. No shoes to be worn in the camp to protect the floors/furniture/carpets. Wood for the firepit and propane for the grill are not provided. Please be respectful of the property for yourself and future guests.
