Spare couch in a hip inner city neighborhood

This is only a couch in my back media room. The couch is very comfortable (Z Gallery, more comfy than most beds) and I'll provide very nice sheets and blankets. It is not a private room. It is open to the kitchen and the main house. You are only renting a couch. Half bath is very near and a full bath you can use is on the 2nd floor. Please no guests and no music outside of your ear buds. I'll be happy to give you advise on navigating Detroit and maximizing our great city. The space Located in the very hip West Village, with great restaurants, bars, access to two bus lines, and Belle Isle all within walking distance, and the city’s bike rental just two blocks away, I’ve been restoring this 1905 house since 2004. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and of course the really big couch that you’ll be sleeping on. I also have 19 guitars that you’re welcome to play with as long as you’re careful. This is the type of space that is great for solo travelers looking to save money or last-minute accommodations when privacy is not your most important factor. It’s literally a huge sofa couch bigger than a twin size bed in my media room. No guest are allowed and you need to have good reviews because you have access to my personal space. There’s a cool vintage foosball table in the room now instead of the TV. Kitchen is connected to the room.
