Newly installed propane heater keeps the edge off in the night. High speed internet provides a connection to the outside world. Water kept on year round. Other things to note Water is kept on all year for renter convenance. New propane heating system doesn't't require electricity. Cabin is fully sustainable for heat without electric power when needed.
