Welcome to our home in the country! Our home is full of light with a fully stocked kitchen and many amenities! Watch the birds at the feeders from the kitchen window or sip your coffee from the deck out back. Enjoy the view of farmland around the area. We are close to parks, restaurants & shopping but when you need to rest at the end of a busy day our home will be waiting. The space Our house is on 3.7 acres with a pond & space to roam. Hang out on the front porch & watch the birds or spend time on the spacious deck with your family & enjoy the above ground pool during summer months. Plenty of space for the kids to run in the large backyard. Spend time inside relaxing in either of our two living rooms. Play the piano for your enjoyment, curl up with a good book in a cozy chair, have fun playing games with the family, watch a movie or favorite show on our smart TV. Fix your food in a large fully stocked kitchen with seating for 5 at the high bar or serve your meal on our locally handcrafted dining room table. Help yourself to any pantry items like basic baking supplies & lots of spices in the corner cabinet lazy susan. Plenty of pots, sauté pans, baking & serving dishes. Kitchen essentials include: coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, electric skillet, hand mixer, blender, electric can opener, food processor, 2 crockpots, etc. Washer & dryer located in our laundry room along with detergent & dryer sheets. 3 bedrooms located upstairs all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. All the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom has a full sized bathtub/shower. The main floor bathroom has a stall shower. One bay in our garage is available for parking. Plenty of parking space in our circle driveway. Guest access You will access the house through the front door with a smart lock. Basement & master bedroom is locked with no guest access. Otherwise you have full use of the rest of the house. No one else will be here during your stay. Other things to note This property is only for non-smokers. Please note that our house is not child-proof including the pool & deck area. Use discretion as to if this property is a good fit for your family with small children. Also note that our home has farmland surrounding the area so you may experience smells from the fields at times.
