Nice, quiet and spacious (85sq.m/915s.ft), freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment on one of the central streets of Tbilisi. The building is located in the second row, which lets you sleep without street noise, but keeps you close to all the shops and restaurants around. It is comfortable both for short and long stay. The only disadvantage is lack of elevator, so you need to walk three floors up... but when you do, you can sit in front of a fireplace and sip your tea :-) No parties are allowed. The space This is a 1 bedroom apartment but it is very spacious - 85 square meters (915 ft2). It can comfortably fit a family with two children, or two couples. It has all amenities and equipment you may need during your stay: washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, WiFi, hair dryer. The apartment has effective heating system and a fireplace that will make you feel cozy on a cold day. If you are coming in a hot summer time - two A/C units will make your life easier. It is a non smoking apartment (if you are a smoker, please use one of the two balconies) and big pets are not allowed. If you have a small pet please let me know in advance that you'd like to bring it with you and make sure it doesn't spoil the furniture, walls, or other equipment. Guest access The whole apartment is available for the guests. Other things to note Please notice that the apartment has no elevator, so you need to walk 3 floors up 🙂 Organizing parties in the apartment is not allowed.
