Lovely apartment in CBD with patio & parking

Enjoy an experience at this centrally located place. Situated in the CBD we are close to the Kuirau Park, the aquatic centre, hospital and the famous Eat St and and i-Site are both an easy walk away. Despite being located in town we are located on a quiet street and the apartment is a great spot to explore Rotorua from or spend a few days while you visit for work. Lots of parking is available on-street just outside the apartment for FREE. The space There are two long single comfy beds in one room and a king sized super comfy bed in the second room. We also have a sofa bed in the lounge. There are spare blankets and a pillow inside the grey couch just lift the long seat up. The kitchen is available for tea, coffee, and basic meal prep including use of toaster and microwave. The stove can be used for cooking light meals and the kitchen must be left as you found it. Important: If you stay longer than 4 days, you may use the washing machine and oven. Guest access Please note this booking is for an ENTIRE 2 bedroom apartment. There is a fold out couch for an extra person. Please ensure you book for 5 people if you would like this option. Lots of parking is available on-street just outside the apartment for FREE. Light meals can be cooked on the stove and the kitchen must be left how you found it. Please do not do intense fry ups.
