Come visit the Denver Dino House!! Our home is conveniently located approx 20 min from both Denver and Boulder in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and family activities within a few min drive, including Water World! DIA is 30 min drive and get to many world class ski resorts in 1-2 hours. House is perfect for any family or larger group visiting the area. Full of board and arcade games, Nerf Guns, Photo Booth, Ping Pong, and many more activities. Don’t forget the hot tub! The space Our 2,500 square foot dinosaur themed home has plenty of space for everyone, and is a great getaway for families! A large group can sleep comfortably with one king bed, three queen beds, two bunk beds, and air mattress. Have little ones? We also have two pack n plays and high chair if needed. There is plenty of space to eat and drink with two dining areas, as well has bar seating in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your basic cooking needs and dining ware for your stay. A fully stocked coffee bar is also provided including coffee, tea, and sugar. Make sure to indulge in the provided snacks, as well! The basement features a large game room, equipped with arcade games, a bookshelf filled with board/card games, a mini photo booth, and Nerf wall! The fun continues out in the garage! Enjoy darts, ping pong, foosball, as well as several outdoor games. Outdoor games provided include corn hole, connect four, jenga, and more! Looking for a place to workout? The garage also includes a treadmill, stationary bike, yoga mats, and free weights. The backyard features a hot tub, fire pit, and a large patio area great for all the outdoor games provided. Guests have entire house to themselves with keyless smart home generated access codes. Washer and dryer are available for guest use, with laundry detergent provided. An iron with ironing board is also available. Other things to note Thank you for letting us host you in the Denver Dino House! Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am Free Highspeed Internet Smart TVs with streaming capabilities in every bedroom! Smart TVs also located in main living areas of the house, and the garage. Year round hot tub available! *Maintenance will provide weekly cleaning of hot tub every Wednesday. Please message us if interested in a stay longer than 30 days. Checkout: Our home is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Please be sure to turn off all lights and TVs, as well as lock all doors before leaving. Sign out of any streaming services if needed. - We allow up to two dogs. No cats. - If you bring a pet without notifying host, there will be a $500 fine. - Strict "no house party" policy - We have a ring camera outside by the front door.
