The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Located within 3 miles of airport. Pets not allowed. Parties not allowed. Listed guests only. The space The house has an outdoor patio with a table and chairs. However, the desert landscape is off limits. We have xeriscaped the backyard and the plants are native to the desert and are very thorny and prickly. Do not let your children near the plants. There is a ping pong table in the garage that you can use for your entertainment. We do not allow pets or large gatherings\parties. Guest access Guest have access to parking spot on driveway, outdoor patio, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. There is a golf coarse 2 miles from the house and other nice parks also within 2 miles. Many nice restaurants at the Fountains at Farah mall. Cielo Vista Mall is also nearby. Other things to note The garage is not available for vehicles. The rock landscaped areas are not for guest use. We have desert landscaping with plants that are thorny and prickly please do not go near them.
