If you’re looking for a quiet Catskill's home away from home, in an excellent location, you came to the right place. This cute, clean, classic 1975 rare 22' camper is nearly all original, and fitted with all the comforts of home. Nestled under the pines, you'll overlook a sunny 2 acre meadow, surrounded by shade trees. The space Our rental season is April 15st - November 1st. Last season was our AIRSTREAM’S 50 BIRTHDAY! This is an original 1975 vintage airstream, with thoughtful upgrades throughout. (this year we have improved the bedding with memory foam). The fun ‘70s decor invigorates the sleek modern design. Nestled under shady pines overlooking a well maintained meadow. There is a seasonal stream that runs on both sides of the property, that is most active in the spring. This private camper is outfitted with a comfortable bed & 100% cotton sheets, coffee maker, (with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers), toaster oven, microwave, 3 burner stove and oven, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, refrigerator, (with ice), iron/ ironing board, compact shower, bathroom, hairdryer, and plenty of cotton towels…even a radio with (blast from the past- cassettes!) Plenty of outside space to enjoy, picnic table, grill, fire pit, small seasonal stream, screened-in tent room to hang out in. Off road private parking. Excellent location between Woodstock and Phoenicia in the hamlet of Boiceville, not far off Route 28. Perfectly situated among many popular attractions, this is an ideal space to relax and wind down (for busy local wedding guests). Or for outdoor lovers who want to enjoy the scenic Catskills for hiking, swimming holes, rail trails, or biking all close by or just chill by the fire pit and look at the stars. The Foxfire Mountain House, Mt. Tremper Arts, the Onteora Mountain House, and the Emerson are Wedding venues all within 5 minutes of the airstream. Guest access You'll have your own off-street parking and full use of the private meadow, with access to two small seasonal streams. (The streams denote the property lines, so please stay on our side of the stream beds.) There is a picnic table, fire pit and grill, as well as a screened-in tent room with table and chairs. Other things to note As with any natural outdoor space in the north east, please be aware of checking your selves regularly for ticks. We provide spray for insects, as well as incense for out-door use. Wear light colored clothing, tuck pants inside socks and use spray from your knees down.
