Our Villa Vicky is located in the Argassi area of the beautiful Zakynthos Island, offering everything that anyone would love in a holiday accommodation: vast spaces, private pool with sunbeds, amazing sea views, as well as close proximity to the island’s picturesque capital and, most of all, to many lovely beaches! The space Villa Vicky is consisted of three separate properties: one is located on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The first floor level measures 150 square meters in total, having three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & two living room areas. It can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests: 1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests) 3rd bedroom: 1 double beds (1,40m width) (for 2 guests) Living room 1: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests) Living room 2: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests) & 1 extra folding guest bed (for 1 guest) The first ground floor property measures 85 sq.m. in total, having two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Both apartments feature spacious balconies/terraces with relaxing views of the mountain and the Ionian Sea. There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. All spaces are perfectly furnished and tastefully decorated, and the outdoor spaces feature a built BBQ, where you can prepare tasty meals while enjoying the eternal blue of the Ionian Sea. Guest access FULL PRIVACY - WHOLE COMPLEX: All our three accommodation options (the whole building) and the swimming pool & BBQ area (the whole complex) are included on this listing. By booking this listing, our guests can have an absolute privacy and the whole place on their own. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by noon or 3pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
