The space NOTE: rental includes sheets, pillows but not bedspreads or blankets. It also does not include consumables such as: soap, dishwasher, dryers, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, or garbage bags. It is recommended to bring anti-mosquito spray, especially in the hot season. The condo's store (well stocked with everything you need) is open from December to April. The house has an exclusive space on the beach, with its respective umbrella with table. Reservations that include Friday and Saturday nights with Sunday check-out can check out late until 6:00pm. In addition to booking those 2 nights, you can take additional days for only $150 a day (more than 50% off page rates). Reservations with Friday and Saturday check-out have early check-out at 11 am; the other days maintain the standard check-out until 12 pm. Check-in: 2 P.M. (outside these hours requires prior coordination). For reservations from Sunday to Thursday (or not including at least Friday and Saturday nights) the minimum required is 2 to 3 nights. Other things to note The rate includes cable TV and unlimited internet, as well as service costs (electricity, water) in a range of average normal consumption. If exceeded, an additional will be charged for the excess. Does not include cleaning or toiletries. Highly recommended that guests bring mosquito repellent or anti-mosquito spray for the season. The cost also includes pool cleaning and maintenance once a week. A trusted contact can be provided to clean for you every day or as often as required (subject to availability, price agreed per guest). Rentals for 7 days and from Monday to Sunday have an additional discount on top of regular rates. Airbnb calculates it automatically. Monthly rentals have another, larger discount, calculated automatically by Airbnb. Upon completion of the reservation on Airbnb, documentation will be handled with the condominium in advance to authorize its entry and its guests (a maximum of 16 people including you), which consists of: contract, format 1 of presentation, format 2 of the guest list, format of acceptance of condominium rules (coexistence and good customs), and your scanned ID will be requested. The contract is a normal and standard housing rental document, where a guarantee of 1000 soles is requested for the stay (for groups of up to 10 people).
