Highland Hospitality in historic Tain. Ideal stop on Highland Rail holiday, Contract workers or Golfers on a budget. Our ensuite rooms are modern, cosy and comfy with TV/Wifi and lockable doors. Guests kitchenette with fridge, microwave etc, dining area (Tescos a handy 2 min walk for food supplies) The space Our house is a semi detached Railway cottage The two ensuite rooms are up one flight of stairs on the first floor with large dining and kitchenette area overlooking garden. The fridge is kept stocked with breakfast items to help yourself. Accomodation is seperate to the owner and shares the same entrance. Our place is nice and quiet with Tain Links and the Northern Lights just over the bridge, relax with beautiful sea views of Dornoch Firth and the amazing Northern Lights if conditions are right. In summer evenings you might see the Osprey or the Otter fishing followed stunning sunsets to the west. Guest access Kitchenette with fridge, microwaves etc with large dining area for guest use and also garden to relax During your stay Born and brought up in Tain we enjoy passing on our local knowledge of this lovely part of the Highlands and are usually available for interaction and advice if required Other things to note Although we are near the Railway line the trains are few and far between and slowly roll in and out of the station. We enjoy a toot from the driver!
