Come on in and make your self at home. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen. Sit on the patio and watch the boats cruise by, maybe you want to take the kayaks out and join the fun. You can see dolphins playing in the bay from your patio while sipping a glass of wine. Quiet and tranquil is how everyone describes our piece of paradise. The space This is a duplex, located on the second floor, there are stairs to your unit. We have a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have the use of the patio and BBQ grill located outside your patio doors. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a full size bathroom. You do not share this area with other guests. There is a common area on the first floor that is shared with the guests in Unit A. Guest access Free parking, you can also bring your boat and keep it at our dock, there is room to park your boat trailer. You can catch the free trolley, there is a stop just down the street. Other things to note Please do not smoke, vape or use weed in our unit or on the balcony. Please take the trash can to the road on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. We do have security cameras outside (front door and back door) and one in the hall outside of duplex doors, they are for your safety. We occasionally have uninvited guests, such as roaches and bugs, especially since we’re located by the water and are in the tropics. While they are certainly not welcome, we do have our home treated by a professional exterminator.
