Relax with friends & family at this peaceful forrest cottage, just 7-minutes outside of The Historic Village of Cold Spring on a beautiful, quiet country road. Much bigger on the inside than it looks, this place has what you need: fresh linens, full kitchen, wifi, streaming tvs and plenty of great books to read. This the most peaceful setting you can imagine. If you want to get away from the noise and hustle of city life, come spend some time on Lang Gate Rd. This house sits on a private lot and there are no other units or dwellings on the property. I live nearby and am usually available if you have any questions, issues or concerns. Lane Gate Road is a beautiful county road that meanders through the hills and woods overlooking Cold Spring. The road was used to film scenes in HBOs The Affair. This house is easiest accessed with a car. Private parking is provided for up to four cars. There is also limited uber and lyft around town and to/from the Cold Spring Metro North Train Station on the Hudson Line which connects to Grand Central Station in New York City. Close proximity to the the hiking trails of Hudson Highlands and Fahnestock State Parks, including the world famous Breakneck Ridge Trail and The Appalachian Trail.
