Private mountainside retreat

Come enjoy the southern Appalachians in beautiful Yancey County. You will have full access to our mountainside home, conveniently located 15 minutes from either Mars Hill or Burnsville, and an easy 35 minute drive to downtown Asheville. There’s no shortage of things to do. The space Single story home on a full unfinished basement. Large wrap around, covered deck. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to the deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a small desk. Bathrooms both have shower/tubs. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. Kitchen staples (flour, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) will also be provided. Dining room has seats for five. Living room features a gas fireplace. Guest access Situated in a rural, mountainside neighborhood, there is parking for 2 vehicles at the house with spaces at the bottom of the road for overflow. The roads around the house make for pleasant walks.
