The villa is located in a bay on the famous southern shore of the Mediterranean. Its large open spaces offer a relaxing stay for the whole family, even extended, or a good group of friends. The villa is located between 1000 m2 of orchards and vegetable garden and 1000 m2 of lawn overlooking a panoramic view of the sea and Cane Island. A helpful and friendly caretaker/gardener is available for any services or errands. He will not hesitate to offer you farm products... The space The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor welcomes you in an open space composed of an equipped kitchen and a large living room that opens onto a terrace marked with arcades. This level has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 suite (1 double bed + 1 single bed) Upstairs, there are 2 suites, one of which has an extra single bed. A terrace is also accessible. The view is breathtaking. In the garden, right next to the villa, there is a cozy studio, with independent bedroom (double bed) and a sofa bed in the living room which has a mini kitchenette. The French window opens onto a very nice masonry corner of a well basin placed in the shade of a vineyard receiving the smell of fresh mint that is planted there.
