Females ONLY in a house of working profs. Relax in a beautiful, spacious room w/ TV, full size bed, desk, dresser & closet. Clean bathroom shared with guests. Indoor Laundry, kitchen access, backyard patio. Street parking. Convenient location near HWY 120 & HWY 99, Target, Walmart, Safeway, food. I want to make your stay enjoyable. If you need anything please let me know! Guests have enjoyed the backyard when it’s nice outside, sit on the patio or around the fire pit. I live here. This is a female only house, so guests feel comfortable. We are a house of female working professionals. While it goes without saying, please note that this is not a party house. Respectful behavior, common courtesy is expected, please don’t come home intoxicated. Your room has a Smart TV. Please be courteous of other guests to keep noise level down, including tv and electronics as guests may have different work schedules. Quiet hours after 10:00 pm. Access to indoor laundry. Your bathroom is shared with the other room so please be courteous to pick up after yourself and coordinate bathroom use. Guest access Plenty of street parking in front of house. Please lock the door when you come and go. Doors do not lock automatically. During your stay I mainly work from home, so I’ll be easily available to help you with anything you need OR you can reach me via text. I mostly keep to myself. Other things to note *Only females allowed to book. *Please do not feed my dog any food or treats. He has a very sensitive stomach and can get seriously sick, requiring an ER visit. **No extra guests or visitors. **No smoking or drugs. Don’t come home intoxicated—this is not a party house. *Remove shoes inside the house. *Do not share your door code with anyone. *Please Lock the doors when you come and go. They do not lock automatically. *Plenty of street parking in front of house. *Please do not enter any bedrooms you are not staying in. *Please be courteous of other guests to keep noise level down, including tv and electronics as guests may have different work schedules. *Quiet hours after 10:00 pm. *Please pick up after yourself in the bathroom. *Please clean any cookware or dishes after use so they can be reused by everyone. *Do Not use white towels to clean your makeup off. Please use make up wipes or colored towels provided. *If sheets, linens or towels get soiled please tell me right away so I can pretreat and launder them properly.
