You’ll find comfortable and spacious rooms in all areas of the house. There are 3 sleeping areas, including (1) a lovely master bedroom with King size bed,(2) a comfortable queen bedroom upstairs, and (3)a couch in the loft/TV room. The couch in the living room can also fit an adult if you throw a sheet over it! And we have a twin size fold out foam mattress that you can put in any room. The grounds have nature areas to explore and the long driveway and large cul-de-sac provide additional areas for children to play. Upon request, an adult bike is available, along with numerous children’s bikes and ride-on toys. High chair, toddler chairs, and pack n play are available upon request. It’s just a short drive from Tacoma or Olympia, to the Steilacoom Ferry, and then 20 min on the Ferry. You’re sure to enjoy some wildlife viewing! This house is located within the Riviera Club (so it’s in a neighborhood - not in an isolated area), and guests have access to all the club amenities. Enjoy 2 freshwater lakes for swimming, fishing, and boating, a marina on the puget sound, and a lovely nine hole golf course. The island also offers two places to dine out: a Restaurant with bar, and also a small cafe with burgers and home style meal specials every night. There is a small grocery store and gas station, for essentials. This house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with only a couple other houses, and many wooded areas. The outdoor area has a small trail with huckleberries (when in season), a rope swing, a giant sandbox, a large deck, and a nice fire pit area. You’ll ride Pierce County ferry from Steilacoom, WA. The main level of the house (including the deck, driveway, sidewalk, and grounds) is handicap accessible, with no stairs, wide hallways, and an extra large bathroom with grab bars and a shower seat.
