It is located a 5-minute drive from the small campsite of Nax and its swimming pool. In addition, the capital, Sion, is only a 20-minute drive (35 minutes by postbus). The space This wooden house was built in 2016. This is a so-called "passive" house. This means that thanks to well-insulated walls and large bay windows, it does not require heating except for a supplementary stove for particularly cold weather. In fine weather, thanks to solar thermal panels, hot water is supplied by the sun. The entrance is on the lower ground floor as well as the laundry room. The stairs lead to the upper ground floor which opens onto a beautiful kitchen, living room and dining room. On this floor there is also a desk with sofa convertible into a bed (140 x 200) and bathroom with shower. From the dining room, you can access the garden with dining area, relaxation area, ping pong table and barbecue spot. On the 1st floor you can access the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a space containing a hall, the bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and a private bathroom with shower. Two other children's bedrooms are each composed of a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a desk and storage spaces, with the possibility of adding a mattress on the floor in each of them. The 4th bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk and storage space. On this floor there is still a bathroom with double sink and bathtub.
