This peaceful accommodation in the middle of the fields offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is an old stone farmhouse with a large garden with a portico and a separate courtyard. The estate is located between 1425 Route des Roses d'Argent in Cahagnes, between Caen, Bayeux, Vire and Saint Lô, a few kilometers from the A84 which connects Caen and Rennes. The space The house is ideal for families or groups of friends. The gîte comprises : - A stone house of 220m² spread over 3 floors: Ground floor - 62 m² double living room with wood burner - 18 m² kitchen with plenty of storage space - 15 m² shower room with toilet 1st floor - 4 bedrooms - 1 attic bedroom for children - 1 11 m² bathroom 2nd Floor Single attic room with games area and dormitory with 4 double beds and one single bed. We live on the same property but the courtyard and garden are separate. For those rainy afternoons or evenings, you'll have access to toys, books and a large collection of board games, as well as a cinema screen and projector in the lounge. The sixth bedroom is actually the converted attic, which takes up almost the whole house. It's a large attic room that's perfect as a children's dormitory and play area. From the beginning of May to the end of September, a private spa for six people is available on the partially covered terrace, along with a large set of garden furniture and a barbecue. Guest access This is an entire house separate from the rest of the estate. Other things to note We also have a kota-style cottage that sleeps two people: Kota Cabana (available on Airbnb)
