"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. We are very excited to see you! The space We have designed and furnished our apartment "Heimatselig" with a lot of love for detail. By using natural building materials such as stone and different types of wood, the design of a calm and warming color scheme, the use of cozy lighting elements and a pleasant Scandinavian-style interior, the apartment invites you to feel good, linger and recharge. We have not forgotten the little ones and have responded to many needs of small & large children so that they too feel at home with us. A fine selection of toys, books, magazines, crayons & pads and board games certainly won't let boredom arise. With a separable bedroom, which has a bunk bed and a 120 cm bed, we have created the possibility of a retreat for young and old. A selection of lovingly handcrafted, regionally produced souvenirs invite you to admire them in the entrance area. There is also an information collection in the form of flyers and manuals about Wolframs-Eschenbach and the Franconian Lake District. We are very happy to help our guests at any time with questions, requests and suggestions for improvement in order to prepare an unforgettable stay. We look forward to welcoming you soon to our Heimatselig! Guest access You are accommodated in our newly designed, bright and open-plan apartment. From a separate entrance, the staircase leads to the second floor. In the staircase, you have the option to park a stroller or smaller bicycles. Once upstairs, the transition area offers space for your shoes & jackets. Inside the newly completed attic apartment, the first view is of the warmly designed living and dining area with loving details. The fully equipped kitchen-living area invites you to relax while cooking & spending time together. The spacious dining table can accommodate 5-6 people. After a delicious meal, the cozy sofa corner is a wonderful place to make plans and put your feet up. We have set up a small but nice work area for you. The children's sleeping area or the second bedroom is separated by a door from the open living area, so that both the parents and the little ones can enjoy their own retreat. The shared bathroom is also centrally located in the approximately 65 square meter apartment, separated by a door. Visually separated by a wooden panel wall made of high-quality Swiss pine wood, you will find the cozy parents' sleeping area embedded in the living and dining area. We have created a cozy place to read & browse in a quiet corner of the apartment. Plenty of space to store your travel essentials is provided by a separate closet space adjacent to the living area and includes a safe, ironing board and clothes rack. Other things to note Our small but fine outdoor area invites you to end the day comfortably. In summer, it is comfortably furnished with a spacious dining area, a lounger and lounge chairs. For the little ones, high-quality toys for different age groups are available in the apartment. Baby equipment such as baby bath, potty, toilet seat, changing table mat, travel bed, high chair, side bed, crawling blanket, etc. can be provided at any time. Just let me know.
