It is within 30 minutes of South Mountain State Park and within an hour of Asheville, Linville Falls, Lake Lure and Blowing Rock. The home has a narrow stairwell with a low ceiling that leads to a beautiful A-frame loft with a queen bed and Nectar mattress. The sofa in the living area also converts into a queen size bed. The home has a small kitchenette with a microwave, micro fridge (best suited for drinks) and Keurig (with wide assortment of K-Cups). There is a 38 inch Roku TV with Hulu, Disney and ESPN+ and Amazon Prime Video. Mountain setting. Each property is 10+ acres. No pets, no smoking, no parties, quiet time from 9:00pm-7:00am. The owners main home is also on the property about 100 yards away.
