House a few steps from Ferradura beach in Buzios - RJ, the house is on the street behind the beach; very spacious and complete; with pool, barbecue, hydro without heating, balcony, kids space (trampoline for children), tree house, beautiful floor fireplace, great garden. Excellent house with plenty of space to have fun and enjoy with family and friends. The space The house is private and independent, just steps from Ferradura Beach. We are on the street behind Areia da Praia, less than a 2-minute walk. The house has a cozy decor and is designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The house is fully furnished and equipped with TV in the living room, appliances and kitchen utensils, bed, table and bath. All rooms are air-conditioned and have curtains. The house has Wi-Fi for those who need to work from home. The house has an excellent swimming pool and a hydro without heating; shower, dry sauna, barbecue, outdoor fireplace or outdoor fireplace, backyard, trampoline for children and tree house for children, space for up to 4 cars parked inside the house. The house accommodates up to 12 people in total: 12 people in beds; 2 babies in 2 cribs. However, they stay in the caretaker's house. 3 - Guests must respect the law of silence (9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.). No smoking! 4 - When booking, guests declare that they are aware that the house has security monitoring cameras. 5 - The electricity is not included. It will be marked by the clock at the entrance of the guests, to be settled upon departure, based on the consumption during the stay. Payment must be made before check-out. The measurement at the end of the stay, the amount of (R$ 1.50/Watt) consumed during the stay. 5.1 - Water consumption is not included, it is measured by the hydrometer at check-in (guest entrance) and before checkout (before departure), the CUBIC METER/R$ 1.50 is calculated. To be paid before checking out. 6 - It is not allowed to remove objects, decoration, furniture and items from the place or the house. It is not allowed to tamper with the internet installation or any other installation in the house, subject to a fine and sanction. If anything, objects, electronics, appliances, furniture, etc. are damaged or broken, or out of place, the owner will be required to pay the amount for the owner to put it back in its place or replace it with an identical one. It is not allowed to take containers of any kind and kitchen utensils from the house. Each item taken will be charged R$ 10.00. 7- For your best stay, bring your toiletries and your purchases. 8 - Keep the place clean. No smoking! 9 - Small or medium-sized pets are allowed, but it is mandatory to inform in advance at the time of booking and will be charged a fee.
