Help yourself to fruit/coffee that will be left out for you on the kitchen counters daily. Guest access Be comfortable: make yourself at home. We have a front and back patio. Back patio has a fire pit you are welcome to use. Please ask for instructions on use. Workout equipment: free weights, bands and yoga mats you are welcome to use. During your stay We are friendly! We will bump into each other in the kitchen or the garden. We won't be offended if you keep to yourself and we are happy to engage in conversation if you like. Other things to note You are a guest, not a resident. You cannot change your address/receive mail. Occasional packages (ie: Amazon) can be delivered. We typically rent to traveling medical professionals, students, others in town for contract employment and single tourists. If you are looking for a place to just hang out/party/smoke etc, we are not a good fit. In order to ensure a good fit for you and us we will ask a few questions regarding your stay (ie: schedule, plans). Jose & Nisha both work early hours and you may hear us moving around in the morning as early as 5:30am. The kitchen is near your bedroom across the hall and separated by a door. Post a photo and complete your profile, especially if you are new to Airbnb and/or have no reviews. We provide a washer and dryer but you’ll need your own detergent. We like our home to be kept clean and neat…it is professionally cleaned every other week including your bathroom With that being said, we asked that each guest clean up after themselves, including stoves, and sinks, after cooking, and isolate if feeling unwell.
