Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events. PLEASE NOTE: your reservation must include all people coming on the property for an period of time. Your booking must include all guests in order to see the correct pricing. Any extra visitors, events, gatherings, filming, commercial, or non-standard use of the property without prior written permission will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Other things to note No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation. The gardener comes for weekly service on Tuesdays. Guests staying for 1 week or longer asked to bring trash bins back into the driveway on Thursday/Friday. Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
