Welcome to Sunset House, our former home with a view of Lake Powell and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Close to everything: Lone Rock, boat launch at the lake, and Antelope Canyon. National parks and Monument Valley are a day trip away. And plenty of hiking trails in the area. Disney+ and Netflix will entertain your evenings in the main living room. The place is perfect for a family reunion, remote work, or group trips. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 8 people. On the upper floor, the main bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and a tub) and a smart TV. A panoramic window allows you to view Lake Powell, Lone Rock, and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. A guest bedroom is also on the upper floor, equipped with a Queen murphy bed and a closet. The guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) is located right outside the room. The living room is equipped with a 55" Smart TV. The dining table nearby comfortably fits 8 people, right by a panoramic window. A well-equipped kitchen has access to the back parking area where you can drop off your grocery and luggage. The laundry room is close to the kitchen. On the bottom floor, one bedroom has a queen bed, and another has two twin beds. A separate bathroom (shower/tub combo) is nearby. Both rooms have an egress window that lets in light during the day. The house's front door is accessed through the front staircase, taking you to the top floor. The bottom floor is accessed through the staircase from within the house. We don't have a BBQ and parking for RVs or boats. No Pets - The owner is Allergic. Service animal is allowed - please inform us in advance. You will not have access to the garage. Guest access You will have access to the house except for the garage. We will provide you with a door code 24 hours before arrival. Parking is provided at the front of the garage and at the back of the house, from which you can conveniently access the kitchen. There is no space for boat parking. Note: you will not have access to the garage. Other things to note Cellphone/wi-fi: Cellphone reception can be unreliable in Page - I would recommend activating Wi-Fi-calling on your phone using the Wi-Fi at the house. You will get the house's Wi-Fi password before your arrival, so you can use your phone to access the house using the August app. Camera: A Ring Doorbell is at the front door facing the entrance. The other cameras around the porch are not operational. We don't have cameras anywhere inside the house. Children: A staircase connects the main floor (where two bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room are) and the bottom floor (where the additional two rooms are). There is no baby gate at the house, so please watch your children. Insurance: Airbnb provides some great insurance information. As hosts, we cannot protect your travel plans from unexpected circumstances. Occupancy: 8 people maximum. No loud parties or big crowds beyond the house occupancy are allowed. Pets: No pet is allowed. If pet cleaning is needed, there will be a charge of $300. You are responsible for any damages. Service animal is allowed - please let me know in advance. Smoking: Smoking/vaping is not allowed. If smoking odor is detected, there will be a minimum charge of $300 for smoke cleaning. Trash: Trash pickup days are Tuesday morning or Friday morning. Please place the trash bin by the road on Monday evening or Thursday evening, and place the bin back to the back of the house by 9am the next day.
