Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful loft guesthouse in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in northern VA. This guesthouse is completely private from the main house with private entrance, private deck/patio and private parking. It was recently remodeled and includes all brand new appliances. It is located in a family friendly and quiet neighborhood with walkable trails and great parks nearby. It is only minutes from the metro, short drive to DC downtown and Dulles airport. Welcome! The space There is one spot for parking up the driveway but multiple cars can be parked at the curve because the property sits on 0.76 acres. The driveway is shared with the owners of the house. The backyard is strictly for the owner’s use. Guest access Guests will have their private deck/patio with chairs. The backyard cannot be accessed. Other things to note The supplies for monthly booking or long term booking shall be limited. For example, the paper towl, toiletries and other basic supplies will be provided enough to last 2 weeks. The cleaning fee includes upto 1 month of bi-weekly cleanings. If your stay is longer than 1 month, additional cleanings can be arranged for $100 per cleaning every two weeks or $200/month.
