This is our recently renovated garage apartment in central Austin, just a few blocks north of the University and close to all the wonderful Austin attractions. The completely new bathroom with shower is downstairs and the living / dining / bedroom is upstairs. The unit has new floors, cabinets, appliances and paint. There is a large closet and plenty of storage. The queen bed has luxury linens and down pillows. The couch is comfy and down-filled. NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE FOR SUMMER 2026. The space This is a garage apartment in central Austin. The full bathroom is downstairs as you enter and the living / kitchen / sleeping areas are up a flight of stairs. The space was completely renovated in 2021 and is filled with light. There is a queen bed with luxury linens and down pillows. There is a coffee maker and microwave as well as induction cooktop for any cooking you’d like to do. All kitchen utensils are provided as well. If anything is missing just let us know and we’ll provide it! The unit is a 5 minute walk to campus but in a beautiful neighborhood next to a great park and a number of restaurants. We just added a new Samsung washer/dryer in the bathroom. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON-SITE FOR SUMMER 2026. There is parking available on side streets. Guest access You will have access to the entire top unit. There is no street parking and limited parking in the neighborhood so please plan accordingly. There is a secondary guest space in the building but it is completely separate and private. Other things to note Pets are allowed but please let us know in advance. No guests are allowed and no parties. There is no parking available for Summer 2026.
